Made-to-Order Items

All apparel and print-on-demand products sold through our store are made specifically to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect size selected by customer

Change of mind

Color preference

Ordering by mistake

Buyer’s remorse

Please review all sizing charts, product details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Description of issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be in production and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please first check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office.

Giveaway Entries and Refunds

If your purchase includes promotional giveaway entries:

Entries are applied at the time of purchase.

If an order is canceled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent, all associated entries may be voided or removed.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.
