• Official Giveaway Rules 1. Sponsor This giveaway is sponsored by Full Tilt. 2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the United States. Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent to participate if under 18. By entering, minors confirm that they have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian. The sponsor reserves the right to require proof of parental or guardian consent before awarding a prize to any entrant under 18. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible to enter. 3. Giveaway Period The giveaway begins on March 24 and ends on June 30th at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries must be postmarked on or before June 30th to be eligible. Entries received after this date will not be considered. 4. No Purchase Necessary / How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. All entries must be legible and complete to be considered valid. 5. Prize One (1) winner will receive: Ridstar® Q30 Lite 1500W Fat Tire Ebike Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. 6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random selection method (random name picker or equivalent). The drawing will take place shortly after the giveaway ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email provided. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected. 8. Prize Fulfillment The prize will be shipped to the winner’s provided address within the United States. Shipping costs will be covered by the sponsor unless otherwise stated. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by the entrant, or for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments. 9. Publicity Release By entering, participants grant the sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and submitted information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the giveaway, which may include photos or video content. 10. General Conditions Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor affects the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or attempts to manipulate the entry process. All decisions made by the sponsor are final. 11. Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Full Tilt from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize. 12. Privacy Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will not be sold or shared without consent, except as required by law. 13. Void Where Prohibited This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 14. Agreement to Rules By entering, participants agree to be fully bound by these official rules.
